Devon Capizzi is a writer from southeastern Pennsylvania. Their creative work has been supported by the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, the Tin House Winter Workshop, and a fellowship from Emerson College (2017-2020). 

Their fiction and essays have appeared in Pigeon Pages, Ninth Letter, Foglifter Journal, Alien Magazine and elsewhere, and they have been nominated for the Best of the Net. 

Their debut collection of stories, MY SHARE OF THE BODY, was published by Split/Lip Press (December 2021), and their micro-chapbook about gender and transition I AM NOT COMING OUT TO YOU is available for free from Ghost City Press (June 2022). They formerly served as the fiction editor for Passengers Journal.

Devon lives in Chicago with their wife and two cats. They are currently working on a novel.
